Dr Anwen Edwards is a senior Human Resources leader. She has over 18 years of experience in successful creation and implementation of Talent Management strategies across a range of sectors. Known for visionary outlook, resolution-focused approach and strong collaboration, Anwen is skilled in partnering with executive and business leaders to understand and translate business and stakeholder needs into high-impact organisation solutions. She is an effective change champion— from diagnosis through to post-implementation support, as well as an accomplished facilitator.

Anwen has a professional Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring and proven success in setting up mentoring programs within organisations. She is experienced in leading areas such as, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Assessment and Development, Succession Planning, Organisation Design , Performance Management, 360° and Employer Branding.

Anwen has lived in Germany, UK, Belgium and is currently resident in Qatar.
